Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern  the online auction of businesses and real estate ("Items") listed on www.meteor-biz.com ("Website").  By participating in the auction, you ("Bidder") agree to abide by these Terms.

Auction Type

This is a reserve auction. The items will not be sold unless the highest bid exceeds the reserve price set by the seller.

Item Description

All items are sold on a "turnkey as is" basis. the details of each items, including its current condition, are provided on the Website. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of these details. Please advice machinery & equipment is per conditions basis.

Bidding Process

Bidders must register on the Website to participate in the auction. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. The highest Bidder at the end of the auction will be deemed the successful Bidder, subject to meeting the reserve price.

Payment and Financing

The successful Bidder is responsible for arranging payment and financing. Payment must be made in full before the transfer of ownership.

Inspections and Valuations

Bidders are responsible for conducting their own inspections and valuations. The auctioneer and the seller provide no guarantees regarding the value or condition of the items.

No Warranties

The items are sold without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The successful Bidder acknowledges that the auctioneer and the seller have made no implied warranty or representation or any type as to the items.

Final Sale

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the auction is held.

Broker Participation Welcome

Subject to the established criteria detailed in the Broker Engagement Agreement. All details in this pamphlet were sourced from deemed reliable sources, yet not assured. Approximations apply to all business measurements. The Buyer assumes responsibility for validating licenses, permits, business zoning regulations, as well as verifying websites, phone numbers, email addresses, suppliers, inventory, and most specifications, which should be confirmed during the auction preview prior to bidding.

This auction is being carried out in adherence to the regulations set forth by the California Department of Real Estate.  The listing broker is agent to Seller only.
